Landscaper Crew Member Duties and Responsibilities:

A Landscaper Crew Member position is typically under the direction of our Landscape Crew Leader and completes a variety of tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor area.
They will also care for plants and landscaped areas in residential as well as commercial properties.

A job description for a Landscaper Crew Member may contain the following duties and responsibilities:

Edging
Weeding
Mulching landscape beds
Placing down landscape fabric
Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs
Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees
Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
Monitoring and maintaining plant health

A good Landscaper is someone who uses their eye for design to create aesthetically-pleasing outdoor spaces.
They have an innovative mindset that enables them to come up with creative solutions to geographical or structural barriers.
They’re also physically fit, which allows them to operate heavy machinery and use tools to perform manual labor after a training period.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum 1 year of experience with a valid record of work experience with references to be verified.
Must speak English.
Must have a valid ID and social security card.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be over 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs daily.
